Are you or someone you know a new parent to a baby with Down syndrome under 1 year old?
You may qualify for a Jack's Basket. Jacks Basket's is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide resources and support for new/expectant parents of babies with Down syndrome. They provide baskets with gifts for the new baby.
